This statement explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and how we handle it. The data controller is Unitpay s.r.o., Revoluční 762/13, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.
What we collect
We only collect data you actively send us:
- the email address and message you submit when writing to support@unitpay.cz,
- any details you include in that message (company name, phone, and so on).
The website itself does not use analytics, tracking pixels or cookies of any kind. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, request path) are retained for short-term security and troubleshooting and are not used to build user profiles.
How we use it
We use the data only to reply to your message and, where relevant, to follow up on a business inquiry. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation requires, and then for a reasonable period in case you contact us again. Access logs are rotated within a few weeks.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights write to support@unitpay.cz.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

If we change this statement, the updated version will replace this page.
